Everything we wanted/needed
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! There were five dads and five sons, and with the bunks, everyone had their own private bed (huge deal with 10 guys). The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and the town lift. The property had everything we needed, and the top floor with the poker and pool table was a great addition. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive to any inquiries. Highly recommend!
Wonderful property in the heart of Park City
We had such a wonderful stay at The Perch Park City! Our group flew in from Scottsdale for a girls’ trip, and the property could not have been more perfect. It was beautiful, spacious, and had plenty of bathrooms for all of us. The location was unbeatable—we were able to walk everywhere. Jeff (the owner) and John (the property manager) were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Jeff even shared a local guide with recommendations, and we received the property guide well in advance, which made everything easy. When I’m back in Park City, I’ll absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone. Thank you for an amazing stay!
Just as advertised - beautiful!
Often photos on the internet don't tell the whole story but at the Perch Park City it does. Our multi-generational family of 15 had plenty of room to gather together in the spacious living areas, play games in the upstairs game room, and eat great meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Owner and property manager were quick to respond to our questions and needs. The location is fantastic as are the mountain views from the home.
Wonderful family gathering
We had a beautiful magical visit at the Perch Park City. We live in Utah and had family fly in from out of state. Our family had an amazing time, everything was beautiful and provided peace and quiet. Amazing views and all the space we needed with all the creature comforts. The grandchildren enjoyed themselves with the pinball machine and all of the games and fun Cousin time having a sleepover with the bunkbeds! Very relaxing accommodations and very close to everything in town just to walk away. If we had any questions or needed anything, there was always a quick response. Thank you again for such a wonderful meeting place to have a beautiful time with our family. Tami
Perfect Location,
I recently stayed at the Perch in Park City, UT, and it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to main street with all the shops, restaurants/bars and even the town ski lift. The condo was beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. The fireplace and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and provided great recommendations for local attractions.
Family Summer Trip
You cannot beat this location, the space or the layout of The Perch if you are traveling with a group! We were 6 adults (plus some fur babies) and we had plenty of space to stretch out or gather in the main room and hang out. The outdoor deck on the top floor was perfect for evenings in the fresh air to relax and reflect on the days hiking, biking or boating. The location is great, you are a quick couple of steps to the main street - you just have to cross the street to get to the crosswalk! It is close to the main roundabout and bus station, so if you are a light sleeper you may want to just close the windows when you are sleeping. Other than that, it was wonderful and we would absolutely return in the future!
Summer Visit
Amazing place to stay for a group of 12 adults over the weekend for some hikes/lake day. Plenty of space for everyone with all the amenities you can think of. Cannot beat the location; <5 minute walk to all of the restaurants/shops/bars on Main Street. The top floor "perch" was an absolute highlight; 270 degree views of the mountain/downtown which we took advantage of every sunset. Super easy entry/exit instructions. Would highly recommend!
Great Hiking Holiday
Location, location, location. 10 avid hikers spend a glorious week at the Perch. Jeff and John were very helpful. Minor plumbing issue resolved within an hour or two. Enough room to spread out.
Group / Sundance
We rented this wonderful place from Jeff for our stay during the Sundance Film Festival. It could not have worked out better. The location is right off Main Street, which made our commute to/from all our events a breeze - we walked to almost each one! The place is gorgeous and extremely well kept. The service from Jeff was great. He was able to assist quickly with any ask we had throughout our stay. Ultimately, we had so much fun and it all revolved around our accommodation. If ever back, will 100% stay here if we are so lucky !
Big Group Getaway
We rented The Perch for a Deer Valley wedding. It was perfect for our large group and its location cannot be beat. The shuttle stop for Deer Valley and Park City mountains are literally at the foot of the driveway, and the walk to Main St. is <5 minutes. Thanks again, Jeff!
